13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong, in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BFX regarding the use of the Services. Any failure by BFX to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
